Energy Work & Guided Meditation

Do you feel overwhelmed? Are you struggling to find balance? Are fears about birth, parenting or being able to “do it all” weighing on you constantly? When we have too much to hold on to, it’s hard to know where to start or feel able to start at all! Energy work, guided meditation and breathing techniques are all excellent tools to bring calm, balance and harmony back into your life so you feel prepared and capable of tackling “all the things” that need your attention. By tuning into you, I search out energetic reasons you feel stuck and help your mind and heart to let them go or handle them in a healthy way.

In a session with me, we’ll talk about what’s going on in your life and any physical places in your body you are feeling discomfort. Depending on the feedback I’m getting from you, I may lead you through breathing techniques, guided meditations or invite you to relax in your own way while I work with your energy to stop feeling held back and bring in fresh, positive empowerment. Many of my clients think of it as “spring cleaning for your soul” - letting go of what you no longer need to wholeheartedly embrace your future!

What is Reiki?

Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is an energetic healing modality open to people of any religion or belief system. Boasting numerous mental, emotional and physical health benefits ranging from stress reduction and increased well being to recovery from trauma, reiki is a great source of support for any stage of your parenting path. Reiki can also support bonding between you and your baby.

Yes, reiki sessions are also beneficial for your baby! Young children are able to absorb the energy very quickly and usually need much shorter receiving sessions than adults. Reiki can help with issues such as fussiness, “colic” or similar unknown crying, pain from teething, reflux, allergies, sleeplessness and more. Reiki can also be very effective at helping babies who are easily overwhelmed or overstimulated.

If you feel drawn to work more deeply with reiki energy, I am able to attune others to the same energies I use in our sessions together. This enables you to further your own healing and work on yourself and your loved ones in many of the same ways we work together in a session. I currently offer Usui, Karuna, Ananda Rei, Kundalini, Seichim, Shamballa and Lighterian reiki levels in person and virtually.
